Privacy and visitor statistics
This portfolio is operated by Alex Dvalishvili in Kutaisi, Georgia. Here is what happens to the information you choose to share.
Contact messages
When you submit a message, your name, contact details and message are used to read your request and reply. Delivery uses Resend. Technical request checks use Upstash to limit abuse and avoid duplicate emails. A successful submission means the message was accepted for forwarding, not that it has been read. Messages are kept in the recipient’s mailbox for correspondence. WhatsApp and email links open those services, which have their own privacy settings.
Portfolio assistant
Questions and limited conversation context are processed by Google Gemini to answer from public portfolio content. Chat history is held in this page’s memory; you can clear it by starting a new conversation. Useful unanswered professional questions may be emailed to Alex as a knowledge gap without the full transcript. If you ask to send a contact message, you review it and provide consent before it is forwarded. Do not share confidential or sensitive information in the chat.
Optional visitor statistics
Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. It measures page visits and fixed actions such as clicking a contact method or successfully submitting a message. The integration does not send your name, email, phone number, form fields or chat text. Recorded page addresses exclude query strings and fragments. Google may process technical data and use first-party analytics cookies; refusing analytics does not prevent you from using the website. Advertising storage and personalisation are disabled in this integration. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer.
Site operation
Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request information to deliver and protect it. Your language is represented in the URL. Theme preferences and your analytics choice are saved locally in your browser. If analytics is not configured, its script and consent panel are not loaded.
Questions or deletion requests
Contact Alex using the email below if you have questions about information you sent or would like it deleted. Email and hosting providers may keep their own technical records. This notice describes the site’s current functions; it does not promise that third-party systems never retain any data.
