Need a clear company website, an admin panel or a system for daily operations? I develop the frontend and backend together, with mobile use, maintainable content and deployment in mind.
Replace disconnected spreadsheets with a system built around your workflow: inventory, records, reservations, reporting or other day-to-day tasks.
Present your business, services or catalogue clearly on desktop and mobile. Georgian, English and Russian versions can share one manageable structure.
Manage content, vehicles, programmes or operational records through a dedicated interface, with access control, validation and clear status changes.
Connect external services or practical AI features, improve an existing application and resolve problems in forms, search, multilingual flows or deployment.
Best fit
Businesses and small teams that need a custom internal system, operational web application or production website — especially when one developer should understand the workflow and own both frontend and backend delivery.
Typical work
The scope should follow the way your business works. Here are three different examples from my portfolio.

Choose what you need to get an estimated cost and timeline. We’ll agree on the scope and final quote together before work begins.
I aim to use free or cost-effective services whenever they fully meet the project’s needs. Several of my projects currently run on free hosting and deployment plans. If your project needs paid hosting, an API or another third-party service, we’ll discuss it in advance and use it only where it makes sense.
I can prepare the translation and review the wording with you so it fits your business. Official or certified translations of legal documents need a separate scope and review.
Process
Understand the business, users and actual problem.
Define structure, user experience and technical approach.
Develop the frontend, backend, database and integrations.
Test, optimize, deploy and refine.
Working together
I’m based in Kutaisi and work with businesses across Georgia, including Tbilisi, as well as remote clients. You work directly with me on the website or application: the design, frontend, backend and launch are part of the same project.

A company website that explains your services, a catalogue you can update yourself, or an application for inventory, records and reporting. My portfolio shows these kinds of projects in use. If you already have a site, I can also help with a specific improvement rather than starting everything again.
Tell me what your business does and what you want the website to help with. An existing site, a few examples or a list of required features is enough to begin the discussion. We can agree on the scope, estimated cost and timeline before development starts.
A business website may be enough when customers need to learn about your services and contact you. If your team also needs to manage stock, reservations, records or reports, we can discuss an internal web application. We start with the workflow and agree on the features it actually needs.
Yes. Share the application and the problems you want to solve. I can review its current structure and discuss a focused scope, such as forms, search, an admin workflow, translations or an API integration.
I’m based in Kutaisi, Georgia and work remotely with clients elsewhere. My production projects include Georgian, English and Russian content, localized routes and language-specific metadata.
For a website build, I can handle the technical foundations: page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, language alternatives, sitemap, structured data and performance. Search rankings and customer acquisition also depend on content, competition and promotion; I don’t promise a particular Google position.
That depends on the pages, languages, design, admin tools and other features you need. Tell me what you want to build or improve, with any examples, budget or target date you have. We’ll agree on the scope, cost and timeline before development starts.
You don’t need a finished technical brief. A description of the task is a useful starting point.
