Professional Training and Employment Center

Professional Training and Employment Center is my own vocational training organization and a product I operate as well as develop. The website is therefore more than a presentation layer: it is the public entry point to programmes, documentation and certificate verification, backed by an internal administration system.

The platform is designed around structured data so programme information, certificate records and assessment documentation can stay consistent across the public website, downloadable documents and administrative workflows.

Each programme is stored as structured multilingual data: qualification type, overview, target audience, prerequisites, training format, duration, instructional time, learning outcomes, employment positions, curriculum, assessment information, issued documents and FAQ content.

The same programme data can generate a downloadable Programme Supplement PDF, keeping public information and formal documentation aligned instead of maintaining separate copies manually.

Issued certificates are registered with a unique certificate number, profession, study period, issue details, academic hours and status. The public verification flow looks up the registry and returns a deliberately privacy-safe result, including holder initials rather than exposing a full personal record.

Programmes can define assessment profiles, module criteria, grading thresholds, evidence, retake and appeal policies. When assessment data exists on a certificate record, the system can generate an Assessment Record and an Assessment Checklist as PDFs.

The protected administration area manages professional categories, programmes and the certificate registry. Admin sessions use JWT-based authentication in an HttpOnly cookie, while production passwords are designed to be stored as hashes rather than exposed in application code.

The public platform runs in English, Georgian and Russian with next-intl. Localized routes, metadata, canonical URLs, hreflang alternates, sitemap and robots output are paired with dynamic Open Graph and Twitter images. The contact flow can deliver enquiries through Nodemailer.
