Context
The organization traces its roots to 2017 and focuses on a practical problem: skilled people, particularly in construction trades, can have real experience without formal proof of what they know. Its programmes help turn that experience into structured training and documented qualifications.
The digital product had to feel credible enough for formal programme information and certificate verification, while remaining clear for learners, employers and administrators.
Starting point
I joined after the organization had already been operating for years. My first contribution was to replace an overloaded bilingual certificate with separate Georgian and English designs in Figma, giving each language proper hierarchy and space.
Adding a QR code to the certificate exposed the next requirement: the printed document needed a trustworthy public destination where its number and status could be checked.
Result
That focused certificate task expanded into a multilingual production platform. Programmes, certificate records, public verification, generated supporting documents and day-to-day administration now share a coherent data model.
The result is not a brochure site with disconnected pages: it is a connected institutional system designed for accuracy, public trust and future growth.
Product evolution
From certificate redesign to a connected digital platform
The wider organization began in 2017, before this platform existed. Its purpose was already clear: help people formalize practical skills and make qualifications easier to understand and verify.
My involvement started later with the certificate itself. Each improvement revealed the next missing layer, so a design task gradually became a full product system.

A programme page has to answer more than a marketing question. Learners need to understand the qualification, prerequisites, duration and expected outcomes; administrators need the same information to remain consistent over time.
Instead of treating each page as a block of prose, the platform stores programme content as a structured multilingual model. That model supports the public page, administration and the downloadable Programme Supplement.

Certificate registry record
The visual certificate and its QR code are prepared separately. The platform manages the registry, verification and supporting information rather than generating the certificate artwork itself.
Certificate verification
A QR code that resolves to a trustworthy public record
Each issued certificate can be looked up by its unique number. The response is generated from the same registry used by administrators, reducing ambiguity between the physical document and the public record.
The result is intentionally restrained: it confirms what an employer needs while avoiding unnecessary exposure of the certificate holder's personal information.
